Hello! I'm Kate....

Like many people, I started practicing yoga for the physical benefits, however yoga soon weaved it's healing, grounding and centering magic into the rest of my life. Yoga has helped me through injuries, illnesses and life changes, and continues to teach me self-love, compassion and mindfulness every day.

After many years in a stressful corporate environment, and being diagnosed with a chronic disease, I decided to honour my body and mind, by changing my career, and bringing the benefits of yoga to others.

I feel privileged to be able to share the teachings of yoga, and my hope is to safely guide students through their practice, introducing the wealth of tools yoga has to offer to help them to reunite and strengthen their mind and body, and find inner peace.


I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yogahaven and I am also a certified Les Mills Bodybalance Instructor.

I live in Hampshire with two rather energetic young children.  I love yoga, tea, chocolate, and laughter.
